     No Smoking Indoors
Smoking is forbidden indoors.
Only smoke in open areas or outside and kindly use the ashtrays provided.


     No Parties or Events
Parties, events and/or loud noises at night are strictly forbidden.
Quiet hours: 10pm - 8am

     Privacy
If you wish not to be disturbed by any of our staff during your stay, please inform our Manager in advance.

     Security Deposit
If booked through Airbnb, no security deposit is required. Damaged or missing items may be charged at check-out.

     Take Care of our Home
We invite you to enjoy the villa as your own home and help us maintain its quality and comfort for future guests.

     Swimming Pool Safety
Access to the pool is under full responsibility of the tenants. Children must be accompanied by an adult. The villa’s owner, host or staff can’t be held responsible for any incident in or around the swimming pool. Note that a Pool fence can be rented out upon request (extra cost).

     Strict No Drugs Policy
We must emphasize that drug possession and use are unequivocally prohibited by Indonesian law. We kindly request your full cooperation in maintaining a drug-free environment during your stay, ensuring the safety & harmony of all our guests.

     Help us Protect the Earth
We're committed to protecting our beautiful Earth. Please help conserve energy by turning off lights and air conditioning when leaving the property. Your small actions can make a big difference in reducing our environmental footprint and ensuring a sustainable future for all.

     Housekeeping
Our villa offers housekeeping services 6 days/week to ensure your comfort & cleanliness.
If you wish not to be disturbed by any of our staff during your stay, please inform us in advance, so we can create a personalized experience tailored to your needs.

3. Included in your Stay

     Towels & Bed linens
Pool & Bath towels are provided for each guests. Bed Linens will be changed every 4 days, Towels will be replaced every 2 days.
If you'd like Towels and/or bed linens changed more often, kindly inform our staff so they can assist.
(extra laundry cost)

Drinking Water & High Speed Wi-Fi
The property provides drinking water through the Water Fountain for your convenience during your stay. Remember that running tap water is not drinkable in Indonesia.
High Speed WiFi is provided at the villa. If you encounter any issues with the connection, don't hesitate to contact our onsite staff for assistance.

Check-out time: Check-out is at 11:00 AM. If you require a late check-out, please contact our team in advance (subject to availability).

Personal belongings: Kindly ensure that all personal items are packed and checked before departure. The management cannot be held responsible for any items left behind.

Villa condition: We kindly ask you to leave the villa in a respectful condition. Any damaged or missing items may be charged accordingly.

Air conditioning & lights: Please turn off all lights, air conditioning, and electrical appliances before leaving the villa.

Keys & access: Please return all villa keys or access devices to our staff at check-out.
Final assistance: Our team will be available to assist you during your departure and arrange transportation if needed.
